The statute that governs the K12 Programs includes several annual requirements of Direct Payment Schools. See below for information on these requirements and whether your school may be required to complete them.
Tuition and Fee Schedule
All Direct Payment Schools are required to submit a tuition and fee schedule annually, regardless of whether they will have program recipients enrolled in their school for the year in which the schedule is being requested.
Testing and Reporting
Schools that accept scholarship funds must submit test results for scholarship students in third grade and higher each year. Learn more about the requirements here.
Financial Review
Schools that enroll 70 or more students who use scholarship funds are required to submit a financial review.
Graduation Data
Schools are required to report graduation data for all high school seniors who received K12 Program funds.
DNPE Annual Report
All Direct Payment Schools are required to complete the Division of Non-Public Education (DNPE)’s annual reporting requirements to remain eligible to receive scholarship funds.
