Two Types of Scholarships
The Opportunity Scholarship
These funds are for North Carolina students entering kindergarten through 12th grade.
The Education Student Accounts (ESA+)
These funds are for North Carolina students entering kindergarten through 12th grade with disabilities who qualify for special education services.

Financial Review
Schools that enroll 70 or more students who use scholarship funds are required to submit a financial review.
Testing & Reporting Process
Schools that accept scholarship funds must submit test results for scholarship students each year. Learn more about the requirements here.
